Q: How do I install BizFrom Bar?
A: Just run the setup
application, which is available from http://www.BizFormBar.com/, and
follow the instructions. Your BizForm Bar should appear as shown
below. To get started, click the Login button and set your master
password. A small gray box will pop up and you’ll have to enter the
same password twice (to make sure you type it in correctly).
When you are logged in, the Save, Fill and Logout buttons will become active as shown below.
Q: Can I install this in my Firefox
browser?
A: No, we currently only support the Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) & Maxthon browsers. Q: What versions of Windows do you support?
A: The BizForm Bar is supported on Windows NT, 2000, XP and Vista Q: I've installed the BizForm Bar and I don't see it in Internet Explorer browser.
A: Sometimes there are issues with
security and you may not have sufficient rights to install this program,
or any other program for that matter, on your computer. In this case, see
the system administrator of your business to give you security rights
to install the toolbar. Occasionally, the toolbar is not properly enabled
in your browser. In this case, from the menu at the top of your IE browser, go to
View
and then Toolbars and make sure that the BizForm Toolbar is enabled (checked).

here.
Q: I've installed the BizForm Bar and I don't see it in Maxthon browser.
A: To set up the BizForm Bar in the Maxthon browser first go to Options > Maxthon Options. You will see the box below. Select the Plugin on the left hand side (outlined in red), then click the IE Plugin tab at the top of the window (outlined in red) and check the box “BizForm Bar” (outlined in red). This will now make the BizForm bar display in the Maxthon browser.
Q: How secure are my passwords?
A: Your master password, all the passwords
and the form data that you store for all the places you visit on the web, are stored with
a state-of-the-art encryption algorithm. This encryption algorithm is virtually
unbreakable. If you loose your master password, you will need to to
reset all the passwords and form data on your system. Your password is only stored
locally on your computer. The BizForm Toolbar never transmits your
personal information anywhere. This protects you from someone accessing
your computer while you are away. Q: How do I save passwords
and/or form data?
A: Fill out the username/password information or form,
then hit the Save button on your BizForm Bar toolbar (see below). When
you return to a form or password page you can simply hit the Fill button,
or you can set pages to Auto Fill such that when you return to a saved
page, the form or password data will be automatically entered into the
form or password.
Q: How do I manage my automatic inactivity time logoff?
A: Click the BizForm Bar button on the left
side of your toolbar, then click Master Settings and you will see a window
like the one below. In this case, we have selected to logout automatically
after 15 minutes of no activity and set the weekly calendar to use the
toolbar from 8:00 AM to noon (12:00 PM) and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM each weekday. Regardless of
activity, the BizForm Bar will automatically log you out at noon and 5PM. This
way, when you take lunch or go home, you don't have to worry about logging
out. You can also log out manually by clicking the Logout button in the
toolbar or, if you close all of your browser windows, you will be logged
out as well. If you are logged out, you must re-enter your master
password to log back into the toolbar.
Q: How to I manage my passwords and forms?
A: Click the BizForm Bar button on the left
side of your toolbar, then click Manage Forms and Passwords. You will
see a window like the one below. The Manage Passwords and Manage Forms
tabs take you to windows to apply different attributes to your passwords
or forms.
To change the status or view the details of
a form or password, just select it (shown highlighted below), then click
the buttons on the right.
In the example below, we set
the password mode to Always AutoFill. If you want your passwords to always
be automatically entered for you when you save them, then check the Always
AutoFill check box in the lower right.
Q: BizForm Bar doesn’t properly fill my password or form?
A: Some URLs contain session variables that are changed each time you arrive at the site. This is the case for the URL below, which is an actual URL to a public library:
Each time the user logs in the parameters after the ? are changed. You can set BizForm Bar to ignore these session variables by clicking the BizForm Bar logo on the Bizform bar, then selecting Manage Forms and Passwords. This will pop up the box below. Select the URL that you want to change and click the edit Page/URL button on the left. The second box will then be displayed. Check the box ignore URL Session Variables. BizForm Bar will then ignore these variables allowing you to auto fill the username, password and/or form fields.
Q: What happens if I loose my master password.
A: As a security measure, your master password
is stored in an encrypted form that even we can't decrypt. You will
have to reset the BizForm Bar by deleting all the old passwords and
forms. You can do this by selecting Reset All Forms and Passwords under
the BizForm button. This will set up a fresh copy of your BizForm Bar
and you will then have to set up a new master password and recapture
all your passwords and form data. Q: I noticed the Biz TV selection under the BizForm
Button. What is this?
A: We offer a full time streaming video of Bloomberg
TV and CSPAN channels 1, 2 and 3. You can pop this window and enjoy streaming
business TV all day. Q: How do I uninstall the BizForm Bar?
A: Just go to Add/Remove Programs (see below),
select the BizFormBar icon and then click the Remove button.
