What information does BizForm Bar gather and track?

We do not collect any information when you download, install, or use BizForm Bar.  When you fill out a form on our website requesting information or technical support, we may ask you for personal information, such as your name and email address, and other information necessary to answer your question or resolve your problem. Any information you provide will ONLY be used to fulfill that request. We do use IP addresses, browser types and access times to analyze trends, administer the site, improve site performance and gather broad demographic information on an aggregated basis for analysis.

How does BizForm Bar notify me of any changes?

This Privacy Policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the service or as we incorporate suggestions from our customers. Any material changes will be effective only after 30 days notice of the amended Privacy Policy. We will post amendments to our Privacy Policy prominently on our web site so that you can always review what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. How does BizForm Bar use my information?

We statistically analyze site usage data to improve the content, site navigation and ease of use, but no personal data is acquired or utilized and all data is handled on an aggregated basis.

How private is my account information?

Your master password, all the usernames, passwords and form data that you store for all the places you visit on the web, are stored locally on your computer (in a file on your hard drive) with a state-of-the-art encryption algorithm. This encryption algorithm is virtually unbreakable. The BizForm Toolbar enters this information into form fields in web pages in your browser when you select to have it fill out forms for you, but the BizForm Toolbar never transmits your personal information anywhere.  The only time your information is transmitted is when you submit a web page (form) containing the data that you have entered and then, the information is transmitted by the web browser to the server specified in the form in the web page. It is your responsibility to insure that you only submit forms with your personal information to websites that you trust. Websites that request sensitive personal information should always utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to insure that your information is transmitted securely. We also never allow anyone to view or print your username, password or form information.  This protects someone from accessing your information while you are away.  

How secure is my account information?

BizForm Bar uses industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information with a highly secure, state-of-the-art encryption algorithm. We make every effort to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information under the control of the BizForm Toolbar. Additionally, the BizForm Toolbar never transmits your username, passwords or form data over the Internet. The only time your information is transmitted is when you submit a web page (form) containing the data that you have entered and then, the information is transmitted by the web browser to the server specified in the form in the web page. You should insure that you only submit forms with your personal information to websites that you trust. Websites that request sensitive personal information should always utilize Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to insure that your information is transmitted securely.

Your account is password protected so that only you can access your information. Ultimately, you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your master password and any account information. Remember to log out of your BizForm Bar account and close your browser window when you are done with a session. This ensures that, if your computer is accessible to others, they cannot access your personal information .

How do I update, delete, or deactivate my account information?

You can delete specific form or password pages by clicking the BizForm Bar button on the left side of the toolbar, then click Manage Forms and Passwords. Select the Manage Passwords or Manage Forms tab. Select (highlight) the name of the page that you want to change and click the Deactivate or Remove button on the right hand side of the window.  You can also remove all username, passwords and form data by clicking the BizForm button on the toolbar and then selecting Reset All Forms and Passwords.
